Production time

Every item at PXLKID is made to order -- nothing is sitting pre-printed in a warehouse. Once you place an order, it typically takes 3-5 business days to print and prepare before it ships. This production window applies before shipping time is added on top, so please build it into your expectations for gifts or time-sensitive occasions.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, domestic delivery typically takes an additional 5-8 business days to arrive, depending on your exact location. Combined with production time, most orders arrive within roughly 8-13 business days of being placed.

Exact delivery estimates and shipping cost are calculated and shown at checkout once you enter your shipping address -- nothing is charged to your card until you confirm the order.

Shipping cost

Orders over $50.00 ship free, automatically, with no code needed. Orders under that amount have shipping calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, we don’t yet support shipping there -- reach out and let us know where you’d like us to ship next.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it the rest of the way. If you created an account, you can also check order status any time from your order history.

Lost or delayed packages

Occasionally a package runs into a shipping delay or goes missing in transit -- this is outside our control once it leaves production, but it’s not outside our responsibility to help. If your tracking shows no movement for several days past the expected delivery window, or shows delivered but you never received it, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it with the carrier.
